Member-to-Member Resource Coach Program

The Professional Developers of Iowa is enhancing our organization’s Member-to-Member Program. We wish to have a strong Member-to-Member program as a valuable resource to help connect members with other members who have experience in a number of areas of expertise. Our goal is to make the Member-to-Member process as user-friendly as possible and help build bridges among our members.

How does it work?

We have developed an easy way for members to become “Resource Coaches” and voluntarily select areas of expertise so new and/or veteran members can seek coaching and guidance in a number of aspects of their jobs. Click on the registration form below, fill out some basic background information to make the best match possible, then select as many areas of expertise involved in the economic development profession as fit. These areas of expertise will then be included on your individual PDI profile. We believe as an organization that our state can only grow stronger if we work together.

How do I find a Member-to-Member Resource Coach?
