Executive Director - Iowa Falls Area Development Corporation

Iowa Falls Area Development Corporation (IFADC) is seeking a dynamic leader to encourage and facilitate existing business retention and expansion and to attract new business development that is based upon the area's strengths within Iowa Falls and the greater Hardin County area.  IFADC, which formed in 1955, is a member of the Hardin County Development Alliance and associated with the Mid Iowa Growth Partnership. 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have three to five years in implementing business development and retention programs.  Successful candidate must have leadership qualities, be self-confident and a self-starter with integrity, honesty and a high regards for confidentiality.  Strong communication skills will be required in building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with community leaders, businesses, elected officials and public staff in numerous communities throughout Hardin County.

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Position includes insurance through Hardin County, vacation and flex time.

Education:
A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, finance, economics, planning or a related field is preferred
