2026 PDI Legislative Advisory Team Capitol Day

The PDI Legislative Advisory Team will be holding an advocacy day on Wednesday, February 4. If you are interested in joining the PDI Legislative Advisory Team and joining us at the Capitol, you can get registered by clicking the button above.
Members of the PDI board, legislative committee and lobbyist Craig Patterson are working to coordinate meetings with leadership and state agencies. A full schedule for the day will be provided soon.
**Please note the start time may be adjusted based on when we are able to secure meetings.
The PDI Legislative Advisory team consists of PDI members who are interested in engaging in advocacy work as it relates to economic development. Below is an overview of the role of the team and what will be expected of the members.
Legislative Advisory Team Role:
Open to any PDI member
- Provide annual input on legislative agenda
- Participate in quarterly team meetings
- Help to coordinate, participate, and host legislative roundtables.
- Maintain relationships with your local, regional, state, and federal elected officials.
- Serve as regional advocates on PDI priorities when called upon.
